Agreement of Terms:

• By clicking "I Agree" below, Member states that he/she has read, understands, and will adhere to the RPA Member Policy.
• Member understands that if he/she violates any of the terms, the Member Account may be suspended, terminated, and/or could possibly result in legal action. If Member completes his/her application by phone, Member understands that he/she has ten (10) business days to read and review the RPA Membership Agreement as maintained and posted on the RPA system.
• If Member disagrees with the Terms and Conditions of RPA Membership and wishes to cancel service, the Member understands that he/she must Terminate Membership within the ten day period by submitting a cancellation request in writing to:
