Adding a New Mailbox in Outlook Express for Macintosh

  1. Double click the Outlook Express Icon.
  2. Click Edit on the menu bar, then select Preferences.
  3. Under the Accounts menu heading, click on E-Mail.
  4. Click on the New Account Button.
  5. Enter the new mailbox_id in the Account name text box.
  6. Make sure POP is selected as the account type.
  7. Click the OK button.
  8. In the Account Information section, type your name in the Full Name text box.
  9. Enter your mailbox_id@rpa.net in the email address text box, where mailbox_id is your specific id as provided on your information sheet.
  10. If you want, type your company's name in the Organization text box. This is optional.
  11. In the Sending Mail section, type outgoing.rpa.net in the SMTP server text box.
  12. In the Receiving Mail section, type your mailbox_id in the Account ID text box.
  13. Type incoming.rpa.net in the POP Server text box.
  14. Click the save password checkbox and type in the password for your mailbox_id in the Save password text box.
