Adding a New Mailbox
in Outlook Express for Macintosh
- Double click the Outlook Express Icon.
- Click Edit on the menu bar, then select Preferences.
- Under the Accounts menu heading, click on E-Mail.
- Click on the New Account Button.
- Enter the new mailbox_id in the Account name text box.
- Make sure POP is selected as the account type.
- Click the OK button.
- In the Account Information section, type your name in the
Full Name text box.
- Enter your mailbox_id@rpa.net in the email address text box,
where mailbox_id is your specific id as provided on your information
sheet.
- If you want, type your company's name in the Organization text box.
This is optional.
- In the Sending Mail section, type outgoing.rpa.net
in the SMTP server text box.
- In the Receiving Mail section, type your mailbox_id
in the Account ID text box.
- Type incoming.rpa.net in the POP Server text box.
- Click the save password checkbox and type in the password
for your mailbox_id in the Save password text box.
