Initial Outlook Express Configuration
- Double click the Outlook Express
Icon
- Click the OK button
- Enter your mailbox_id in the Account
name text box. Make sure POP3 is selected
as the account type.
- Click the OK button
- Under the Accounts menu heading,
click on E-Mail
- In the Account Information section,
type your name in the Full Name text
box.
- Enter your mailbox_id@rpa.net in
the email address text box, where mailbox_id
is your specific id as provided on your information
sheet.
- If you want, type your company's name in
the Organization text box. This is optional.
- In the Sending Mail section, type
outgoing.rpa.net in the SMTP
server text box.
- In the Receiving Mail section, type
your mailbox_id in the Account ID text
box.
- Type incoming.rpa.net in the POP
Server text box.
- Click the save password checkbox
and type in the password for your mailbox_id
in the Save password text box.
- Under the Accounts menu heading, click on
News.
- In the Account Information section, type
RPA News 1 in the Server Name text
box.
- Type news1.rpa.net in the Server
address text box.
- Click on the OK button. (For information
on adding more news accounts, click here.)
- Connect to RPA Internet, then click
on the Send and Receive button.
