CONFIGURING YOUR RPA INTERNET DIAL-UP NETWORKING CONNECTION

1. Click once on your RPA connection
2. Now right click and select properties and click on the Server Types tab



3. Please Verify the following information:
   • Type of Dial - Up Server - PPP
   • Advanced Options - Enable Software compression
   • Allowed Network Protocols - TCP/IP
   These are the only things that should be selected



4. Left click on the TCP/IP Settings Button
5. Server assigned IP Address should be chosen for the top selection
6. Specify Name Server Addresses should be chosen for the middle selection
7. Now, we need to enter some DNS numbers.
   • The Primary DNS is: 205.232.82.10
   • the Secondary DNS is: 205.232.82.16
8. Please verify the Use IP Header compression and Use Default Gateway on remote network are both selected. Click OK
