Set Netscape to Not Store Messages on Server

  1. Double Click on the Netscape icon

  2. Choose your profile

  3. Click Communicator
  4. Choose Messenger

  5. Click Edit
  6. Choose Preferences

  7. Click the [+] next to Mail and Newsgroups

  8. Choose Mail Servers and click on the RPA incoming mail server which should be incoming.rpa.net



  9. Click on the POP Tab



  10. Choose whether or not you want to leave message on the mail server



  11. Click OK to exit out of Mail Server Properties.
  12. Click OK to exit out of Preferences.
