How Do I Configure My Netscape E-mail?

  1. Double click on the Netscape Icon
  2. Click Edit and then select Preferences
  3. Under Category, click on the [+] next to Mail and Newsgroups and choose Identity
    • Enter your name.
    • Next, enter your e-mail address. This will be your mailbox_id@rpa.net. Click OK

  4. Next you will choose the Mail Servers option from the Category menu.
  5. We will now add a POP3 Account. Click on Add next to the Incoming Mail Servers box.
  6. Server Name is incoming.rpa.net
  7. Server Type is POP3
  8. User name will be your mailbox_id

  9. Click OK to return to the Mail Servers window.

  10. For outgoing mail server enter: outgoing.rpa.net
  11. Outgoing mail server name is: your mailbox_id,
  12. Local mail directory will be the default information. Click O.K.
  13. Congratulations, you are now ready to use Netscape Mail!
