How to change your dial-in phone number

  1. Double-click on My Computer.

  2. Double-click on Dial-Up Networking.



  3. Find your RPA connection and right-click it.

  4. Choose Properties.



  5. Under the General tab, change your phone number to the new local access number that you have selected from our Local Phone Numbers page.




  6. Click OK.

  7. Right-click on your RPA connection and select Connect.

  8. Under User Name, type in your login_id@rpa.net

  9. Click the Connect button.
