How Do I Configure/Add Additional Multiple Mailboxes in Outlook Express

1. Double Click on the Outlook Express icon.



2. Choose Tools and then Accounts



3. Click on the Mail tab



4. Choose Add
5. Click on Mail



6. Please enter your name. This will be how it appears on your email. Click Next.



7. Please enter your Email Address. Click Next.



8. Incoming Mail server type is POP3
9. Incoming mail server is incoming.rpa.net
10. Outgoing mail server is outgoing.rpa.net

 

11. Enter your mailbox_id
12. Enter your mailbox_id password. Make sure this is in all lower case letters. Click Next.



13. Please enter a friendly name. This can be anything you choose. Click Next.



14. Choose to establish your Internet connection manually. Click Next.



15. Click Finish to continue.



16. You will now see that the mail information is set up.

    

17. For additional E-mail accounts, repeat the above steps. Back to Top. To begin using your email, click Close to exit the Internet Accounts window.
