Set Outlook Express to Not Store Messages on Server

  1. Double click on the Outlook Express icon

  2. Click Tools
  3. Select Accounts

  4. Click on your account once to highlight it and click the button labeled Properties

  5. Click the Advanced Tab
  6. Make sure the box next to Leave messages on Server is NOT checked

  7. If any changes were made, click Apply and then OK
  8. If no changes were made, click OK
  9. Click Close to exit the Internet Accounts window.
