Outlook 98 Internet-Only Mail
- Double-click
on the Outlook 98 Icon
- Click
Tools and then select Accounts
- Make
sure the Mail tab is selected.
- Click
the Add button and select Mail
- Enter
a Friendly Name. This will be the name that appears on your
e-mail. Click Next
- Enter
your entire RPA email address in the format mailbox_id@rpa.net
- Click
Next
- Make
sure POP3 is selected as the server type. The incoming
mail POP3 server is incoming.rpa.net. The outgoing
Mail Server name is outgoing.rpa.net. Click Next
- Please
click on the circle next to Logon Using to make sure
there is a bullet in it
- Enter
your mailbox_id (the portion of your email address
before the @ sign)
- Please
enter your mailbox password, be sure to enter it
in all lower case letters. Click Next
- Please
enter a Friendly name for this account. This can be anything
choose. Click Next
- Connection
type should be Connect using your Phone Line. If
it is not selected, please click on the circle next to it
to place a bullet inside it. Click Next
- Choose
Use An Existing Dial-Up Connection
- Please
select your RPA connection. Click Next
- Click
Finish
- Congratulations,
you are ready to send and receive your e-mail!
